Elwood Freshmen and Sixth Graders Get a Head Start at Orientations

Students participate in a lively event featuring performances and audience engagement on stage.

Elwood's incoming sixth graders and freshmen got a head start on the new school year during orientation programs held Aug. 26 at Elwood Middle School and Aug. 27 at Elwood-John H. Glenn High School. Students heard from administrators and older classmates, practiced opening lockers and learned more about extracurricular activities and other opportunities awaiting them in their new schools.
